Join our Schools and Communities Team
The RHS is a national charity with a mission to inspire everyone to grow, as it is vital to our wellbeing, the environment and the happiness of us all. This new role is to work in our passionate communities and schools team, in the beautiful surroundings of RHS Garden Wisley in Surrey.
The RHS is undergoing an exciting period of development, building state-of-the-art science and leaning facilities at Wisley, developing a brand new garden in Salford and bringing our work with community volunteers, schools and groups to the heart of it all.
The team delivers our award winning school’s programme the Campaign for School Gardening offering resources, training, competitions and projects all designed to get young people growing and feeling the benefits. It also supports Britain in Bloom, an amazing force of volunteers that clean and green our towns, cities and villages across the UK.
This is a new role to develop the way we monitor and evaluate the impact of RHS schools and community programmes including training, resources, digital campaigns and projects.
The insights and understanding that you create will enable us to develop our activities, placing people’s needs and feedback at the centre of our programme development.
We’re looking for someone who has the technical and analytical skills to manage data and provide clear analysis to a variety of audiences. The successful candidate will have developed processes for gathering and evaluating both quantitative and qualitative data and have excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to clearly communicate findings in a clear and informative way.
