bgen Conference 2017 Accommodation Details

Skylon Hotel

We have arranged special rates for bgen Conference delegates at the Skylon Hotel, a large and comfortable hotel just 20 minutes walk from the Botanic Gardens.

The Hotel is on the bus route from the airport into Dublin and has a bar and restaurant which we hope will help delegates meet up and network. There is also a selection of restaurants and pubs within just a few minutes walk of the Hotel.

These discounted rates will be available to delegates until Friday 15th September after which the discounted rate will no longer be available:

  • € 75.00 room rate for single occupancy with breakfast included
  • € 85.00 room rate for double occupancy with breakfast included.
  • € 65.00 room rate is for either single or double occupancy, however breakfast is not included.

To book online, visit, choose the required dates and type in the code BGEN17 in the Corporate Login field.

NB: All the rooms reserved for bgen delegates are double rooms, however it is important that you select the ‘single room’ option for a single occupancy booking in order for the breakfast price to be calculated correctly (but you will still be allocated a double room). Breakfast can only be booked for the entire stay at the room and breakfast rate. Rates quoted are per night.

Guest choosing to book for room only will have the possibility to purchase breakfast on the day for € 10.00 per person per day.

Skylon Hotel Terms and Conditions of booking: Room rate and availability is subject to change until confirmed with a 30% deposit payment. This will be charged at the time of booking. In case the transaction is invalid the guest will be notified that the reservation is not confirmed and will need to provide alternative card details within 48 hours. The cancellation policy is 60 days prior to arrival. Deposits paid will not be refundable in case the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
