The following terms apply to booking for bgen training events:
Cancellation by participant: For Face to Face Workshops and Conferences, cancellation less than 4 weeks prior will incur an admin fee of £40; if less than 2 weeks prior, no refund will apply. For Online Events – and Face to Face Networking Events, cancellation less that 4 weeks prior will incur an admin fee of £15; if less that 2 weeks prior, no refund will apply. For all events, members unable to attend any event can transfer attendance to another member of staff or volunteer in their organisation.
Cancellation by Bgen: In very rare situations, it may be necessary for Bgen to cancel a training event. In these circumstances, participants will be informed as soon as possible and all participants will be offered a full refund or the chance to transfer to an alternative date for free.
Concessions: Are available to volunteers and interns with organisations who have Bgen Organisation Membership.

Sharing: To enable networking and promotion, photos will be taken at the event and used for promotion and email contact details will be shared with other delegates. You will have the option to opt out at time of booking and registration however please email info@bgen.org.uk prior to the event if you DO NOT consent to photos or email sharing. You can find more information about how we manage data in our Privacy Policy.
